Abstract
Research Title : The opinions of sangha administrator towards learning  and teaching of certificate program in sangha administration in  Bangkok, and surrounding  areas   

                  The objectives of research were i) to study the opinions of sanghadhikan for learning and teaching the certificate program in sangha administration ii) to compare the opinions of sanghadhikan for learning and teaching the certificate program in sangha administration categorized with personal general data
          The sample group for this study consisted of 240 members of students who studying certificate program in sangha administration during the 2009 academic year.    The tools used in the research were the questionnaire developed by the researcher. The content validity of the questionnaire it was 0.9806. Data was analyzed by used statistical package for the social sciences. Statistics used were the percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, F-test, and One-way ANOVA.

                 The findings of this research were revealed that:
                 The opinions of respondents toward factors of learning and teaching management of certificate program in sangha administration overall at high level 3.54. When considered aspect by aspect, it showed that the respondents opinion towards factors to learning and teaching management of certificate program in sangha administration overall at high level aspect namely, learning and teaching management at 3.68, media aspect at 3.53 and examination and evaluation at 3.44.

                  Opinions and Suggestions for this research are follows:
          1. Aspect of learning and teaching management there should be various learning activities, preparation by changing mutual for learning with others.
          2. Aspect of educational aid learning and teaching there should be students training for producing teaching materials/media in order to increase knowledge skills.
          3. Aspect of examination and evaluation; It was suggested that there should be criteria for standardized examination.
