ABSTRACT

The study entitled “The Behavior of Human Relations of Administrators in

Suppurisadharm Seven in the View of Teachers and Educational Personnel under Taling Chan District of Bangkok” is a survey research with the following objectives 1) to study  Administrators’ behavior of Human Relations in Suppurisadharm Seven in the view of teachers and Educational personnel under Taling Chan District of Bangkok; and  2) to compare  The Administrators’ behavior of Human Relations in Suppurisadharm Seven in the view of teachers and Educational personnel under Taling Chan District of Bangkok classified to sex, age, experience and status. The sample of the study consists of  180 teachers and Educational personnel in 7 schools under Taling Chan District of Bangkok based on the ready-made table of sample-size calculation of  R.V.Krejecie and D.W. Morgan. Statistics used for the data analysis includes Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test based on the ready-made computer programmed.

                  The results of the study are as follows:
