Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

                        The objectives of this research are to study the Personnel Administration and to compare the Personnel Administration at the Secondary Schools Bangkokyai District Bangkok Educational Office Service Area I. The samples used in this research was the school administrators and teachers and the chosen samples were 164 people. The statistics used of the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent sample), (One-wayANOVA)

                       

                        The research findings as follow:

                        1. The personnel administration at the Secondary schools, Bangkokyai District, Bangkok Educational Office Service Area I was overall high when it’s considered in areas which found that Manpower planning and placement, the recruitment and appointment, enhancing the efficiency of government services, disciplinary and disciplined. The retired. And building morale at a high level as well.

                        2. The Comparison of the results of the management of administrators and teachers on the job. At the Secondary schools, Bangkokyai District, Bangkok Educational Office Service Area I classified in sex, age, qualification and position with not statistically different 0.05 levels, exempt for working experience.    

                        3. The Comparison of the results of the management of Administrators and teachers on the job. at the Secondary Schools Bangkokyai District Bangkok Educational Office Service Area I separated from working experience which found that it’s differently with statistically different 0.05 levels as the administrators and teachers in 21 more working years had the opinions on personnel management and manpower planning and placement less than the administrators and teachers in working experience less than 7 - 10 and 11 - 20.
