Abstract

 

                A study of Academic management of  Private Secondary-schools  Executives , Muang district , Trang province objectives of the study are as following. 1. To study the academic management of Private Secondary-schools, Muang district, Trang province. 2. Comparative study of academic management of Private Secondary-schools, Muang district which has got the fundamental factors of individual difference. 3. To study the problem, obstacles and suggestion on the way of academic management solution of private secondary school executives, Muang District, Trang province. Population and sampling group are of executives and private secondary school teachers, Muang District, Trang province in academic year 2012, amouth 248 persons. The sampling was done as the schedule which is set up as the size of the sampling group of Krejcie and Morgan and to make stratified Random sampling. The tools used in researching are questionnaires and statistic used in data analysis, that is, frequency’s value, percentage, average, standard deviation by using mean with T-test and analysis of one-way Anova.

 

The study Result Found

1. The study of academic management of private secondary school executives, Muang District, Trang province by which presents in high level of every side. When considering individual sides, it is found that every number is in high level arranged from high level to low one like this. Academic management in the side of learning and teaching provision, evolution and estimation mostly, it is in high level and the second level, it is the side of education qualification insurance curriculum; and supervision in education institution respectively. But academic management in media side about instruments for instruction known as the fewest, which is in high level.

                2. Comparison on basic data of executives and teachers in the matter of sex, age, qualification, ranking, and experience in working of which the result of comparison is found that executives and teachers have difference of sex, age and working experience, as well as difference of idea about academic management just like having important implicity which is on the basis of the level o5 and 01 which is equivalent to hypothesis that executives and teachers have difference of sex, age, and working experience including difference of academic management; but executives and teachers have difference of sex, age, and working experience including having difference of academic management idea, but it seems not different to have the statistically important implicity which is in the level 05, that does not hit hypothesis that executives and teachers who have got difference of qualification and ranking, but they have no difference about attitude of academic management.

 

Suggestion

                Researching at this time made us to know academic management of private secondary school administrators, Muang district, Trang province in which executives should have teachers agreed with knowledge and ability in order to encourage learners to have quality on knowledge and ability which able children to have good attitude to learn subjects, because it is an important matter regarded as the foundation of learners in preparation to study further in advanced education efficiently. Executives should provide communication system to have preciousness in order to make facility for those who are junior officers. In this case, executives should held meeting and suggest, practice, and estimate in order to proceed according to the process of the period of time assigned with the schedule for teachers, who teach subjects, understand in the same line in order that they could practice in the same plan of knowledge. Executives should create media and modern instruments to schools for learning and teaching to have the highest benefits for learners.
