ABSTRACT

The thesis entitled An analytical study of Ho Chi Minh’s Political Philosophy has three objectives; namely :- 1) to study Ho Chi Minh’s the origins of political philosophy and government.  2) to study Ho Chi Minh’s concept of political philosophy, and 3) to analyze Ho Chi Minh’s political philosophy and governmental model that is   influential to Vietnam.

From The result of the research, It is found that as follows: -

1) Karl Marx’s and Lenin’s concepts are the most influential original viewpoints to Ho Chi Minh’s Political Philosophy and government.  

2) The social and political contexts in Vietnam are the causes of Ho Chi Minh’s political philosophy and government, he has emphasized Vietnam with Communism, to saving, free, and to establish the national government. It emphasized the governor should be good on the five moralities and virtues, as they must love their people in the  country, study and work well, be cleaned well, be disciplined, and be honest and brave. 

3) Although the Ho Chi Minh’s concept of political philosophy and government has its root in Karl Marx and Lenin’s influences, yet it has been developed and made in the special model which is different from its origins The Ho Chi Minh’s political philosophy and government has influenced up on education, culture, economics, society, politics and government in the present world stage.
