Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the administration according to the good governance of the Sub-district administrative organizations in Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province, 2) to compare the opinion of the people toward the administration according to the good governance of the Sub-district administrative organizations in Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study ways  for the application of the administration according to the good governance of the Sub-district administrative organizations in  Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province.

The population used in this study consisted of 394 people, derived from simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One wsy ANOVA, and LSD.

The results of the study found that

   1. Overall, the administration according to the good governance of the Sub-district administrative organizations in Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province was in high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that these were in high level for all aspects.

2.    For the comparison of the opinion of the people toward the administration according to the good governance of the Sub-district administrative organizations in  Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors, it was found that the people having the different sex, age, educational degree, occupation, and income had no different opinion toward the administration according to the good governance of the Sub-district administrative organizations in  Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province.

3. The ways for the application of the administration according to the good governance of the Sub-district administrative organizations in Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province were that the organization should campaign the administrators and the personnel of the Sub-district administrative organizations in Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province to apply the good governance  in the administration within the organization seriously, cultivate the conscious to the personnel for having the responsibility. Moreover, the administrators should set the literal policy clearly, apply the policy in the performance, and give the opportunity to the people in the participation in the working. The administration should be transparent and verifiable. The organization should develop the personnel to use the resources worthily and efficiently.
