ABSTRACT

This Research had 2 main objectives 1) to study the Personnel Administration According to Aparihaniya-dhamma 7 of  Management personnel in secondary schools Thonburi  District Bangkok, 2) to  compare of the personnel administration ccording to Aparihaniya-dhamma 7     for management personnel in secondary schools Thonburi District Bangkok,  they were classified according to sex, age, education level, position and experience.

This is a quantitative research using the questionnaire. The samples used in this study were the 310 Administrator and teachers at secondary school Thonburi district.  Analysis of data use the software package. The statistical procedures used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation ; t-test and one way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA).

The results of research were found that :

1.  The management of personel.  Administrators and the school. Information on the administration of the personnel.  The main part of the Aparihaniya-dhamma 7 for management personnelin secondary schools Bangkokyai. Overall  level in more than, found that in the level as well as the ranged from 7 in the average to least is, of respect for women in the sex with the respect for the place within the school is not set rules and regulations that are contrary to the rules of the school regularly on the meeting, the continual with respect to the captains, and the meeting, preaching to the care of you to come to visit, respectively.
