The objectives of this research are: (1) to study the satisfaction on administration of Dhamma practicing center in Singburi province (1st branch), (2) to study the suggestions to the center’s administration by categorizing in 5 aspects; the role of Dhamma instructor, the lesson content, the accommodation and facility, the practice and the regulation. This research is Mix Method and Quantitative, which collects the data from 387 examples regarding to the satisfaction on administration of Dhamma practicing center in Singburi province (1st branch). This research is statically analyzed by applying five –point scale questionnaire, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. Furthermore, researcher also studied a specific group by interviewing the five senior managers.
The result of this research are as follow:
(1) Participants were satisfied to the administration of practical Dhamma place in Singburi province (1st branch), which is high in every aspects. Considering at each aspect, arrange in ascending order, the result is regulation, the role of Dhamma instructor, the practice, the accommodation and facility, and the lesson content.
(2) Suggestions to promote the satisfaction on the administration of Dhamma practicing center in Singburi province (1st branch). Firstly, the role of Dhamma instructor should focuson the reason basis that consists of contemporary situation, and keep participant atmosphere. Secondly, for the lesson content, the moral subject should be more added with metaphorical description, and the instructor should concentrate to Satipatthana(4 bases) detail. Thirdly, the accommodation and facility, due to the high density of occupant in special holidays and significant events, it should has an effective security system and an adequate parking lot. Fourthly, the practice, the lesson should be more revised after the first round which can help participants to be more accurate during the training period. Finally, the regulation, the participants should be more reminded to the rule and regulation for the peace and harmony of the center.
