Abstract

  The objectives of this research are 1) to study the administrators role to the running internal quality insurance of schools, the schools offering educational opportunity in Laokhwan District, Kanchanaburi Province. 2) to study  problems, obstacles and suggestions of running the internal quality insurance of schools, the schools offering the educational opportunity. It is the quantative research. The sampling groups of people used for the research are 160 teachers. The equipment used for the research is the questionnaire. The statistics used for the research are percentage, mean and standard deviation.

From the result of study, it is found that;
1. The level of the administrators’ role to the running internal quality insurance  of schools, the schools offering educational opportunity, in generally, was  high. Being considered as the aspects, it is found that it was high in all aspects and put in the order from high to low according to the mean as follows; running on the educational quality development plan, making the plan of educational standard development, managing the system of informative administration, developing the educational standard, the educational quality assessment, the annual report of educational quality and examining and revising the educational quality respectively.
2. For the problems, obstacles and suggestions of running the internal quality insurance of schools, the schools offering educational opportunity in Laokhwan District, Kanchanaburi Province. 
2.1 The problems and obstacles of running the internal quality insurance of schools in the aspect of managing the system of informative administration were that it is not updated and  not put in suitable groups. In the aspect of the educational standard development, participating the process of doing the educational standard is not covered all the groups. In the aspect of making the plan of educational standard development, there were rather a few of persons being concerned with making the plan of educational quality development and analyzing the problems and obstacles in the past years. In the aspect of running on the plan of educational quality development, the budget was not enough. In the aspect of examining and revising the educational quality, using the result of examining and revising the educational quality for development and improvement was rather less, in the aspect of educational quality assessment, the educational quality assessment cannot yet really effect on students’ ability, in the aspect of the annual report of educational quality, presenting the data of the result of running the educational quality development was not in the system as it should be. 
2.2 The suggestions of running the internal insurance of schools, in the aspect of managing the system of informative administration, appointing the informative staff covering all the groups of matters and divisions should be done, in the aspect of educational standard development, find out the methods /forms of producing standard with strictly participating  of the concerned persons, in the aspect of making the plan of educational standard development, make the plan together and analyze the data of the past years too, in the aspect of running on the plan of educational quality development, find out the extra budget for supporting the program, in the aspect of examining and revising the educational quality, the system of examining and revising the educational quality should be done systematically and continuously , in the aspect of educational assessment, the meeting should be held in order to determine the forms and the suitable assessment criteria as the true condition, in the aspect of annual report of educational quality, run on the plan of educational quality development systematically, offer the suitable data, control, follow and accept the information offered as true and the data of running work should be propagated extensively and variously.
