THE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN ACCORDING TO APARIHANAIYADHAMMA 7 WANGTHONG GROUP KAMPHAENGPHET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL OFFICE SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

  The study entitled “The Community Participation in Educational Administration according to Aparihaniyadhamma of wangthong School Group under Khamphengpetch office of Primary Education Area 1 

The objectives of this study were as follows: 
1) to study the Community Participation in Educational Administration according to Aparihaniyadhamma of Wangthong School Group under Kamphaengphet office of primary Education Area 1 
2) to study the Community Participation in Educational Administration according to Aparihaniyadhamma of Wangthong School Group under Kamphaengphet office of Primary Education Area 1classifying by personal factors.
This study was Survey Rescarch . The collection of data had been done by means of questionnaire for 100 persons. The Statistical program of Social Science (spss) was used for the analysis of data. The statistics employed in this study viz frequency, percentage ,mean and standard deviation.
The results have been found that 1) the community Participation in Education Administration according to Aparihaniyadhamma of Wangthong School Group under Kamphaengphet office of Primary Education Area 1  were in high level as a whole, When considering to each apect, it was found that there were at high level in every aspects.
Meeting often and regularly  conferring on community affairs and projects.
Meeting together, dispersing together and doing together what need to be done together.
Neither instituting laws and regulations not communally agreed upon simply out of convenience or personal preference, nor denigrating or abolishing things already instituted; upholding the main provisions established as the constitution.
Honoring and respecting the elders long in experience, giving weight to their words.
Honoring and respecting the womanfolk, protecting them from abuse and ill-treatment .
Honoring and revering the shrines, holy places and national monuments.
Organizing rightful protection, support and sanctuary to monks and priests who maintain pure moral examples for the people ; gladly receiving them and wishing for their comfort.
The application of Aparihaniyadhamma has taken alone in management and administration of Wangthong Schools Grooup under Kamphaengphet  office of Primary Education Area 1 . Educational personnal should take Aparihaniyadhamma as a principle to inspected and invented as well as monitored their works. Especially, they should learn how to plan and improved the work which they have been responsible all the time. The administrator and people in the community should be the idols for the community .The community development would lay on their shoulders.
