The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the Creating of the Network of Health Care service to the monks all over Thailand, 2) to study the system of health care services to the monks of Bangplama Hospitals and Health Promoting Hospital in Bangplama District and 3) to study the development to create a network of health services to the monks of Bangplama Hospitals and Health Promoting Hospital in Bangplama District. The methodology was the qualitative research method and in-depth interview with the key informants and collaborated the context by the content analysis technique of the hospital population.
The research findings were as follows :
1) Currently, primary health care service was focused as the core in order to prevent congestion in a community hospital and the provincial hospital. The research found the possibility of increasing the budget and financial support for operation primary care unit, but the support was inconsistency in each network and differentiate in each province, each region.
2) The health service system was a service that promoting health, preventing and controlling diseases. The combination of rehabilitation was retreated to the public. The state control of the system was ensured reasonably, effectively, transparency and accountability. The health service system was consisted of subsystems, in each system and connection relationship. The government provided in multiple services level to access the complex medical services in higher level decreased. The fact of health services in each level linked by a referral system. If the referral system effectively, the problems of access to services in a higher level would disappear. The Health service system could be divided in several levels for example in each level had a different population roles and functions, and linked by a transmission system in order to manage the health services effectively.
3) At present, the development of management in the network model was necessary than expanding the hospital by using the principle that linked the three levels together from the primary, secondary and tertiary level to meet the actual situation by geographical and transportation without the dominance of breaking inspection as an obstacle. The development of hospital in various levels was part of the network service, to support the hospital growth direction, duty clear, and support each other within the network. The main hospital network, health promoting hospital, public health officials, and volunteers including the network party got the mission in health services together in health promotion, health care, prevention and control of the disease and rehabilitation services.
Suggestion currently, the state was proactive as well as the development to promote health care organizations including the holistic of health network in the community. The health promotion should have formed in the process continuously and effectively by working regularly in the aspects of performance, and participating in the community to reliable on themselves, such as knowledge in patient care, participate in creating health promotion activities to comply with the community culture, and joined distribution services equally.
