The main objectives of this research are (1) To study the Leadership in Buddhism  (2)  To study the Leadership for community development of Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho) in the general opinion of the people (3) To study the problems, obstacles and guidelines of the people toward community development of Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho). To perform this research  by survey with 382 samples of the people in Nongkhanan Community , Nongkhanan Sub-District, Muang District, Phetchaburi Pfrovince. The tools to collect the data for in this research    were the questionnaires. It was classified into 3 parts. The first part was the general data of the people or interviewees. The second part was the questionnaires about the opinions of the people toward the Leadership for community development of Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho). The rating scale and open-structured questionnaire with reliability value equal to 0. 9736 was used for data collection. The data analysis by frequencies, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance and compare the least significant difference: LSD.

The results of this research found that:

                  (1)  In the general opinion of the people towards the Leadership for community development of Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho) was a high level. In an average was 3.68 for social welfare and an educational welfare was also a high level.

                  (2) The Leadership for community development of Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho) in the different personal status such as sex, education and career had the different opinions toward the Leadership for community development of Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho) so that the relevant hypothesis set forth could be accepted. But, those of the ones with different age and revenue, as a whole, were not of statistically significant difference so the relevant hypothesis set forth could be rejected.

                  (3) The problems and suggestions to Leadership for community development of Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho) was not generated to all because he is not healthy to work and he lacks of the staffs to support his works so his works go on slowly and inconviently but for career supporting side is sustainable and he has enough financial support for community. Lastly, he can not cooperate with the government offices and private entrepreneurs nicely and smoothly about small network. It impacts on the work efficiency.

                  Therefore, the people who answered the questionnaires, would like Phrakhrupisalprachanat (Chop Sumedho) to take care of his health nicely and try to encourage the high quality people to help his work in every area continuously. He also should bring the modern technology to support his work because it can work very fast and should support the good and stable careers for community including to cooperate with other organizations efficiently for successful and sustainable community development.
