ABSTRACT

               The objectives of this research were to 1) study the problem of implementing economic development of local government 2) study the procedure of The develop of Communities Economics The Local Government With  Buddha  Dharmma and 3) provide guidelines for economic development according whit Buddha Dharmma of the local government

               Research methodology was mixed research by qualitative research and quantitative research, is supported by the research design under sequential exploratory design and the qualitative research data were collected by focus group of 21 experts and depth interviews from the primary sampling of 24 persons  by depth interviews and to analyze the data by means of inductive analysis and depiction. Andthe quantitative research using a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of the local administration and 308 samples that there were analyzed data by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

      Findings of this Research were :

      1. The problems of the implementation of the Communities Economics of local governments that most communities are in the household subsistence income is relatively low but the cost and do not spend more than adequate and there is a minority of relatively high income. Although the community is no integration in the production of goods or services of any kind was not as successful as.

               2. Procedure for the develop of Communities Economics Of The Local Government With Buddha Dharma that the local government had done plan to promotion and support for training knowing and budgets by offering economics plan to be the adoption community.

               3. To provide guidelines for economic development according to Buddhadhamma as Thisdhadhammikadhaproyoth 4 (community-based Buddhist virtues ) used to solve social life in Thailand that follow as :  1) To bring Udhthanasampta to solve the problem of lack of perseverance or laziness and it is important to be careful or cautious to maintain body, speech and mind.2) To bring Arakkhasampta to solve life's love of the unknown receivers that is making great money with the good people for a living.3) To bring Kalayanamittrato solve the life’s problem as the union bullies that  there is a good friend such as there instruct counsel and longtime friend of the environment, and good fellowship. And 4) To bring Samacheevita  to solve the life’s problem as a life spent agents know about the culture of life by way of righteousness. That is the main subsistence livelihood shall comply with the basic precepts which are essentially palliative care and Verbal stand and work honestly.
