A way of the strategy-making was consisted of a vision, obligation, objectives, and a pointer, etc. The human resource development dealt with three ways: (1) learning from experience such as training, education, and development, etc., (2) the activity learning, and (3) the development for the learning organization in order to support and promote the personnel about knowledge, skills, and competence in proper work. Finally, wisdom-training was to make person understand things as they really were in two parts: profession and Dhamma.  This was clear understanding of life and real nature. These three principles required a good help from each other. When a person did not observe morality and concentration, he could not see wisdom.
