Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to examine the opinion of people            to management efficiency according to Sangahavatthu-s of Nong Hoi sub-district municipality, Nong Hoi district, Chiang Mai province, 2) to compare the opinion           of people to management efficiency according to Sangahavatthu-s of Nong Hoi          sub-district municipality, Nong Hoi district, Chiang Mai province, classified by personnel factors, 3) to investigate the problems, obstacles and recommendations of  management efficiency according to Sangahavatthu-s of Nong Hoi sub-district municipality, Nong Hoi district, Chiang Mai province, and 4) to study the promoting                     of management efficiency according to Sangahavatthu-s of Nong Hoi sub-district municipality, Nong Hoi district, Chiang Mai province. This research is mixed research method, by quantitative research, survey research and qualitative research through            in-depth interview. The samples were 380 people by using Taro Yamane’s Table form  a stratified random sampling. The research data was collected by questionnaires         with reliability equal to 0.955 and. The data were analyzed by using computer software for social sciences research to find the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was conducted by t – test, F-test analysis, ANOVA (one-way Anova), in the groups of three or more variables and differentiates the dual average with Least Significant Difference: LSD), with statistically significant at the 0.05 level and to in –depth interview with a group of key information by analyzing data content (Content Analysis Technique).

The findings of this research were found as follows:

1) Overall the opinion of people to management efficiency according to Sangahavatthu-s of Nong Hoi sub-district municipality, Nong Hoi district, Chiang Mai province was at moderate level ( =3.37). When considering each aspect it was found that Samanattata was at the highest level ( =3.43) and Atthacariya was at the lowest level ( =3.33).

2) The opinion comparison of people to management efficiency according to Sangahavatthu-s, classified by personal factors including gender, age, education, occupation and income. It was found that no difference, which rejected the hypothesis.

3) The problems and the suggestions about the management efficiency according to Sangahavatthu-s of Nong Hoi sub-district municipality, Nong Hoi district, Chiang Mai province, the parking is not enough, the bathroom is not clean.                    The participation of attendees less, lack of enthusiasm to work as they should and              the budget does not cover.

4) The promoting guideline in administration according to Sangahavatthus             of Nong Hoi sub-district municipality, Nong Hoi district, and Chiang Mai province          was found that the key of informants, most of them focus on working that concerned with Gharavasadhamma especially, helping, courtesy and the commemoration speech. To pay attention in working and equality for efficiency and to add the effectiveness towards administration and to make the impression into people who contact                   the government.
