Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Research Services provided by Sangahavatthu objects 4 of the Land Office Lamphun Province Lamphun research Mixed (Mixed Methods) with the objective of this study was 1) to determine the level of satisfaction of the public towards the services provided by Sangahavatthu. 4 of the Land Office, Lamphun 2) to compare the satisfaction of the services provided by Sangahavatthu objects 4 the opinions of the people who use our services. By personal factors, 3) to study the problems and suggestions about the services provided by Sangahavatthu objects 4 and 4) to study ways to promote the services provided by Sangahavatthu objects 4 the population and the sample used. the research was that people who receive services from the Bureau of Land scratches. Of the service over a specified period of 2,000 people per month, researchers have determined the size of the sample by using square blocks of Crazy and Morgan (RVKrejcie & Morgan) is the sample size. 322 people, then a random sample by random chance. And collected by questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the software package for social science research. To determine the frequency (Frequency), percentage (Percentage) Average (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation) and tested the hypothesis by t test (t-test) and F (F-test. ) with analysis of variance as (One-Way Anova) was found to be different, so different test pairs using a variance least significant (Least Significant Difference) in respect of the questions at the end. open to show the problems and suggestions. The researchers grouped the issues set out in an open-ended questionnaire. Then it analyzes By using frequency (Frequency) and data from interviews. The researcher grouped data (Data Grouping) The essence of the interview. Then analyzed the data content (Content Analysis Technique).

 

 

The results showed that

     1. Level of satisfaction with the services provided by the Land Office Sangahavatthu object.4 Lamphun Province Lamphun found that the respondents have a comment. Included in the average level (= 3.55) and considering it was found that. ASSURE the utility level in the review of commemoration speech and utility CHARIYA. Was moderate

2. To compare the level of satisfaction in service based Sangahavatthu objects 4 of the Land Office, Lamphun Province Lamphun hypothesis testing, analysis of different classification based on personal factors, including gender, age, education, occupation frequency. to use the service, found that people with high levels of education and occupation. Are satisfied with the services provided vary statistically significant at the 0.05 level for gender, age and frequency of the service. Are satisfied with the service is no different.

 

 3. Barriers to the satisfaction of the service by the fourth of the land office Sangahavatthu Lamphun Province Lamphun conclusion is limited, making the service staff are not covered at all. Officials sometimes did not pleasant. No enthusiasm in the service and the service has no equal. The authorities should have a duty to provide advice and should have more things to say musically while serving. Should be eager to serve and be served with justice for all people.

 4. The qualitative study found that the most important information on the subject of the services in accordance with the objects 4 Sangahavatthu particular model features a convenient, fast and fair to all parties. Are the sweetest things Assistance to the people in order to impress the people who use our services.
