Abstract

ABSTRACT

              The objective of this research were 1) to study the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Province. 2) to compare the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Provinceby classify into the personal variables. 3) to study about the problem obstacle and recommendation the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Province.

              This research is mixed method by consisting of quantitative research by survey the 140 samplesfrom the 220-personnel in sub-district Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Provinceby taking the random using Krejcie and Morgan and analyzed the data by using ready computer programme for social science research. The statistical analyses with the Frequencies, the Means, and the Standard Deviation. The describing and testing hypotheses of personal factors were t-test in order to test the differences between two average groups and F-test by using one way ANOVA to test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD, and the qualitative research by In –Depth Interview with the 7-key informants and engaging content analysis context.

 

The Findings of the research were found that

 

The personnel has comment in the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Province in overall is in maximum level
. When we consider in each field, we found that The personnel has comment in the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Provincein every field is in maximumlevel, that are Planning, Management, Command, Control, and ordination

1. The comparison result in the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Province by classify into personal variables that are sex, age, educational level, salary and work experience was not much difference that has signicant in statistics is 0.05, so we disapprove the hypothesis.

2.Problem and obstacles of the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Province, we found that the executive administrator and people did not have knowledge about plan, did not study before making the plan, the management in the organization was not clear, the place was not suitable for the increasing the personnel so that the number of personnel were not enough for the tons of work load, the executive assign the work that was not suitable for the ability of the personnel, the command was not clear, some executive and personnel did not recognize aboutthe important of enterprise risk management and internal control.

3.The suggestion of the Administration According to Brammavihāradhamma of  Executives of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phrapradaeng District, Samut Prakarn Province, we found that to give the knowledge and take the interest about planning, to study about the problem before planning, to divide the work load clearly, to build the new workplace that bigger enough to recruit the new staff, the executive should assign the suitable work to the ability of the personnel,  respect each other, executive should order in the document clearly, and executive should specify and review the administrative management policy about the enterprise risk management and internal control, the objectives and consider the way to communicate, advertise and publicize the enterprise risk management and internal control.
