People’s Expectation of The Public Administration. Nong Bua Sub-Disrtict Municipal, Chai Phakran District, Chaing Mai Province.

Abstract

 

 

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the people’s expectations toward the management administration of Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province, 2) To compare people’s expections regarding the administration of Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province classified by personal factors, 3) Study the problem, obtacles and suggestion in good management in the administration of Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province. 4) To study the way how to promote the administration according to the principle of Sangahavatthu IV, so that the public involved in the management of various agpects of work in conjunction with Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province. Follow the methodology research combination (Mix Research) as well as quantitative research (Quantitative Research), which is a survey research. (Survey research) by, for example, that are used in this research is for people aged 18 years or above by selecting the people who live in Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province. The number 10 villages based on the hierarechical sampling proportionately according to standard tables on population size and sample size by using the formula for the tharroe of Mykonos Yamaguchine (Taro Yamane) population of 4980 people the size of samples the staggering level of 5% of samples were 388 people analyze the data, (Frequency), the percent value (Percentage) amount of rain average (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation) , and t-test (t-test) one way ANOVA in the case of two variables, and the values (F-test) by the method of analysis of variance. The only way (One Way ANOVA) in the case of variables, the three or more group and compare the differences of the average couple by means of minimum significant difference (Least Significant Different: LSD) and qualitative research(Qualitative Research) using the in-depth interviews(In-depth Interview)with important information(Key Informants) , and a content analysis techniques include the context with analyses by means of integrated research.

The results showed that:

1) The expectations of the citizens in the administration of the Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province over all issues in high level, average = 4.02 when considered as a list of the found in high level all aspects. Sort in descending order as follows: Development of good land management Average = 4.45 To improve the quality of life of the people Average = 4.40 to organize the community and society. Average = 4.29 The development of infrastructure systems, average = 10.4. Conservation restoration of art and culture. Average = 3.81. The development of natural resources and the environment.  Average = 3.60 to economic development. Average = the 3.50.

2) Compare the expectations of the citizens in the administration of Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province classified according to sex, age, marital status, personal factors, such as education, occupation and income. Found that people age with studies that there are different expectations of the citizens in the administration of Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province differ significantly at the 0.01 level. and 0.05. Best for people with gender, marital status, occupation, income, there are different expectations of the citizens in the administration of Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province, not different.

3) Issues regarding the administration of municipal Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province, found that the lack of transportation system development to build a road, not all areas of economic development, there is a lack of personnel to provide vocational training for people in the area were reinforced with professional. Promotional items are created from local wisdom. Lack of measures or legal counsel about the waste incinerator to dispose of waste is not the burned forests deforestation to destroy natural resources, lack of conservation of SME. The local customary culture not to promote knowledge of their own health care. Sexually transmitted disease prevention and disease do not have contacts, now vice of drugs in the greater community. The Community rules are not strictly wrong is also ignored. The recommendations concerning the administration of Nong Bua Sub-District municipality, Chai Prakarn District, Chiang Mai Province, should have the development of road infrastructure, electric utilities in urban areas or communities along the way should have people introduce supplementary vocational training or income community.Public measures or legal penalties associated with litter was not that. Burning of waste solution widespread smog The problem of pollution of sintered forest deforestation should be conservation of SMEs. The local customary cultural inheritance to child version of his model. They should be encouraged to improve the quality of life of the people. Across in every village should have launched public relations. Problems with drugs. The Vice of gambling going on in the community, and the punishment of the harmless deception all vices. Should the municipality's administration, people involved in the auditing administration. The Municipal Government should publicize on the Internet so people know the oil capacity to employment programmer.
