Abstract

 

The purposes of this research were as follow : to study the effectiveness of administrative performance according to Apariyahaniyadhamma of NaKaew sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang province, to compare the level of the effectiveness of administrative performance according to Apariyahaniyadhamma of  NaKaew sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang province classified by personal factors, to study the relationship between Aparihaniyadhamma and administrative effectiveness of NaKaew sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang province, and to study the guidelines application of Aparihaniyadhamma in order to the development of administrative effectiveness of NaKaew sub-district municipality, KaKha district, Lampang province

The findings of this research as follows:

1)The opinions of people on the effectiveness of administrative performance according to Aparihaniyadhamma of NaKaew sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang Province, including the personnel management, budget management, general management and material management. The overall picture was in the moderate level.

2)The result of comparative analysis about people opinion on the effectiveness of administrative performance of NaKaew sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang Province classified by personal factors, including  gender, age, education, occupation and income per month found that the people who live in NaKaew sub-district municipality have gender, age, education, occupation and average income per month. It was found that the difference was statistically significant then accept the hypothesis.

3)The relationship between Aparihaniyadhamma and the effectiveness of administrative performance of NaKaew sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang Province found that the Apirihaniyadhamma application was a positive relationship and the effectiveness of administrative performance of NaKaew             sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang Province. The overall was statistically significant that found that the Aparihaniyadhamma application had positive relationship in the high level.

4) The guideline of the Aparihaniyadhamma application in the administrative performance of NaKaew sub-district municipality, KoKha district, Lampang Province, including the continual convention means collaborative co-ordination of regular meetings. The meeting or the ended meeting and other missions in unison focused on the unity of group, the cooperation to do all activities. Non- arbitrary regulation, including adhere to legitimacy in order to achieve fairness in the community.                         The respect for seniority and listening to advice is to honor those who have experienced so much in life. It is open minded to listen to advice in order to be adapted to work in various aspects. Non-persecution or offended women are to equality, mutual respect, and equality. The worship of the sanctuary, the shrine and the various idols, the promotion of conservation, maintenance of important places in Buddhism. The protection of good and moral people are in the community safely by measuring the opinion of the people who use the service is to promote good practice to society, the communities that they live and honor glorify by emphasizing on good deeds, harmony occurs within the community.
