Abstract

This dissertation has three objective. 1. To study the administration of police saving cooperative.2 The study Buddhism principle that promote the administration of provincial saving cooperative.3 To integrate the administration of the police saving  cooperative with the Buddhist principle to be effective as a documentary research and interview. The research found that the Administration of phar nakhon si Ayutthaya provincial saving cooperative such as Operation and Administration of cooperative base on the ideology of how cooperative have defined in the regulation, law, and resolution make the cooperative secure they be able to lone money and deposit from both public borrowers.

The Buddhist doctrine that primates effective administration of the provincial police saving cooperative is divided in to. 1 four rddhippada are 1 Passion :is a work satisfaction. 2 Diligence :commitment to work. 3 mind: to be focused on the work.4Inventigation: have a  review on the work.2 four sublime states of mind are 1 Have compassion with friends. 2 There is compassion for helping to overcome suffering. 3 Mu-tidtta : joy of other people's success. 4U-bayk-kaa: neutral trust no bias.3 Hlak-khrawas thrrm four is. 1 Have sincerity in working patience in work, hard work and generosity . 2 Have a master : I'm not greedy , I do not want greed of other. 3 Ksan-ti: work hard. Ja-ka: sacrificing generously, sharing no selfishness. 4 Sangahavatthu four is. 1 Taan: giving and helping other. 2 Piyavaca: speak other kindly. 3 Atthacariya: make yourself useful and other. 4 Samanattata: participation and behaving oneself property in all circumstances.
