Abstract

        This research has the following objectives 1) to determine the conditions of the Child Development Center locally, based on the community’s need. The case study held in Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha-Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province. 2) to compare the conditions of the Child Development Center locally, based on the community’s need. The case study held in Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province. Segragated by genders, ages, occupations and educations, wages, and the community participations. 3) to study the suggestions of how to operate the Child Development Center based on the community’s need, which the case study held in Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province. By using the analizing rule of mixed Research, quantitive Research, qualitative Research, which is concentrating on how the the Child Development Center locally, based on the community’s need, , which the case study held in Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province, by using the Questionnaire forms and by in depth interviewing.  The group of example includes; parents with the 5 year old child in the Child Development Center and be Under Tambon Administration Organization, which is locally governed by the local villagers of Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha-Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province in the number of 136 people. The Sample groups are randomly selected. The tools which are used for the analyzing are the questionnaire forms produced by the researchers, which are based on the Child Development Center, which is locally governed by the local villagers. The statistics of the analyzed trustworthy value is .at 985, which are frequency, percentage, mean, standardization, exams stastistics of  t–test and the f-test

        The Results Analysis found
      1) The operation of the Child Development Center based on the community’s needs; The case study held in  Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha-Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province, over all are at high  level ( =4.26) after doing individually consideration found that, the level of The operation of the Child Development Center based on the community’s needs over all are at high level.
        2) Compare the conditions of the Child Development Center locally, based on the community’s need. The case study held in Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha-Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province. Segragated by genders, ages, occupations and educations, wages, and the community participations. , results found that there’s no differ that much, with the statistics of .05
         3) to study the suggestions of how to operate the Child Development Center based on the community’s need. The case study held in Wang Ang Sub-District, Cha-Uad District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province.The community should be more involve in the case more, there should be more involvement from the villagers with the community educations and continue to improve the better relationship between the two for the future to come.
