The objectives of the research on“The Role of Buddhist School Administrators at Sangamwitthaya in Khlongluang District  Pathumthani Province”  are 1. to study the role of Buddhist school administrator, 2. to compare the idea levels of administrators, teachers and students’ guardians  to the Buddhist school administrator and 3. to study the suggestions and ways of managing the Buddhist school at Sang-Amwitthaya school, Khlongluang District, Pathum Thani Province. The sampling group is 132 administrators, teachers and students’ guardians. The data are collected by distributing the questionnaire and then 125 sets of such questionnaire are collected back for analyzing the data in order to find out frequency, percentage,  and standard deviation, standard value of t-test and f-test of questionnaire data.

The results of research are as follows;

1.As the result of analyzing the data of administrators’, teachers’ and student guardians’ idea, their idea to the role of the Buddhist school administrator in 5 aspects , in whole, is at the highest level. Those aspects are  the aspect of physic, basic activity of life, education, atmosphere and reaction and  the aspect of management respectively.

2. The result of analyzing the data of comparing administrators’, teachers’ and student guardians’ idea to the role of the Buddhist school administrator, by the way of t-test and F-test, in whole,  is that the administrators, teachers and student guardians whose sex, age, education, position and work experience are different, their ideas to the role of the Buddhist school administrator are not different with statistical significance at 0.05 which is in coincidence with the set hypothesis. For the aspects, in the aspect of physic, the administrators’, teachers’ and student guardians’ ideas are different with statistical significance at 0.05 and in other aspects, they are not in coincidence with the set hypothesis.

Suggestions of the ways of Buddhist School Administration

1. In the physical aspect, it should have the place for setting school Buddha’s image, the room for meditation practice, the board of demonstration, moral principle, slogan and motto. The landscape should be adjusted to be Buddhist arts with pictures for learning and everyday service. It should have a story ground for relaxing with reading the stories pleasantly, this can relieve seriousness

2. In the aspect of basic activity of life, the activity of paying respect to the Buddha and chanting, answering the Dhamma questions, promoting cultivating the disciple in oneself according to the principle of five precepts should be held as basic activities if life in order to establish students’ life experience.

3. In the aspect of teaching, the meeting for doing  the plan of learning and teaching  in the form of integrating all substantive groups of curriculum should be held. The resource monk should be invited to offer the knowledge of how to make oneself good model. Promoting participating the religious activity should be made continuously.

4. In the aspect of atmosphere and reaction, it should promote and support the teachers to create the good atmosphere and reaction, praise teachers and student guardians who create reputation of school and oneself for being acknowledged by society and for paying a good relation to each other.

5. In the aspect of management, administrators and teachers should plan and develop learning and teaching on the Buddhist ways. It should have any personnel who is in charge of the Buddhist way program according to his role and duty given and. Making a tour of inspection should be made in order to develop the personnel to be efficient.
