Abstract

Abstract

 

              The purposes of this research were to 1) study the use of sappurisadhamma of school administrators, 2) study the level of internal quality assurance performance of school administrators, and 3) study the relationship between the applications of sappurisadhamma and internal quality assurance performance of school administrators in Cha-Uat District under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.  The samples consisted of 155 school administrators in Cha-Uat District under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research instruments are questionnaires. The statistical analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product - moment correlation coefficient.

                  The results found that

                  1) The overall in application of sappurisadhamma of school administrators are in high level, when considering in each aspect found that the knowing of the purpose was in the highest level.

                  2) The overall levels of internal quality assurance performance of school administrators are in high level in all aspect, and

                  3) The relationship between the application of sappurisadhamma and internal quality assurance performance of school administrators was significant statically at  .01  level.
