Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

This research has 3 objectives: 1) to study the concept and theory of human resource development, 2) to study the development of buddhist human resources Chonlapratanrangsarit Temple and 3) to study the problems and guidelines. of buddhist human resource development Chonlapratanrangsarit Temple.

This research combines research methods (Mixed Methodology Research) using quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) and qualitative research methods (Qualitative Research) how quantitative research questionnaires.
