Methodology was the mixed methods: The qualitative research collected data from 18 key informants by in-depth-interviewing and 10 participants in focus group discussion and analyzed data by descriptive interpretation. The quantitative research collected data with questionnaires with reliability value at 0.981 from 265 samples who were administrators, teachers and students at Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Pali section and analyzed data with statistics of frequency, percentile, mean and standard deviation, S.D.
