The purposes of this research were 1. to study prevention strategies on drug addiction in secondary schools in Sukhothai province, 2. to create prevention strategies on drug addiction applying the Four Noble Truths in secondary schools in Sukhothai province and 3. to evaluate prevention strategies on drug addiction applying the Four Noble Truths in secondary schools in Sukhothai province

The research was divided into 3 parts. Part 1 Studying prevention strategies on drug addiction in secondary schools in Sukhothai province. There were 17 informants by using semi – structured interview and analyzing the contents. Part 2 Creating prevention strategies on drug addiction applying the Four Noble Truths in secondary schools in Sukhothai province. There were 13 informants by using group conversation and recording form of group conversation. recording and content analysis. Part 3 Evaluating prevention strategies oo drug addiction applying the Four Noble Truths in secondary schools in Sukhothai province. The informants were 30 directors of secondary schools by using the evaluating form which asked 4 aspects : accuracy, suitability possibility of doing and benefit. The data was statistically analyzed by mean.
