A linguistics study of Khmer, This study aims to 1) To study Khmer phonology
in Phnom Penh 2) To study Khmer morphology in Phnom Penh 3) To study Khmer sentences system in Phnom Penh and 4) To study Khmer comparison of spoken and written forms of Khmer in general and official usage, the data was collected from 10 native speakers who were over 50 years old and living in Phnom Penh, The capital city of Cambodia, The study was conducted under structural and descriptive Quality linguistics. The study found that 1) The phonological structure of Khmer in Phnom Penh consists of 22 consonant phonemes, that is ; /p/, /t/, /c/, /k/, /q/, /ph/, /th /, /ch/, /kh/, /d/, /b/, /f /, /s/, /h/, /m/, /n/, /ñ/, /ŋ/, /r/, /l/, /w/ and /y/ and 31 Khmer in Phnom Penh Vowel phonemes, 2) 21 Khmer consonants contrasts in Phnom Penh and 11 Khmer Vowel contrasts in Phnom Penh, 3) 85 Khmer consonant in Phnom Penh clusters and 4) 13 Khmer final consonants in Phnom Penh that is ; /k/, /ŋ/, /t/, /p/, /n/, /m/, /y/, /w/, /q/, /c/, /ñ/, /l/ and /h/ The morphological in Phnom Penh, 1) The morphological structure consists, that is ; free morpheme and bound morphemes,
2) 3 Syllable word, that is ;  Monosyllabic word, Disyllabic word and Polysyllabic word 3) 12 morphological process and 4) 10 words classes, The sentences system in Phnom Penh has 3 types, simple sentences, compound and complex sentence, and The Comparison of spoken and written forms of Khmer in Phnom Penh  used in general and official usage are different from each other according to the social
