The study results were revealed as follows:

The five precepts are the doctrines of Buddhism in the respect of good conduct and to earn an honest living. The five precepts are especially helpful to the society in peaceful coexistence. The five precepts are called humanitarian principles that mean to make a man completely human beings – All Buddhists live by the Five Moral Precepts which are refraining from harming living things, taking what is not given, sexual misconduct, lying or gossip, taking intoxicating substances e.g. drugs or drink. The five precepts, therefore, are to begin to develop themselves to higher standards.

The level of behavior of applying the five precepts to use in daily life of the people, it is found that the first precept - refraining from harming living things was broken by people. It is also necessary to kill animals in the way of life. The precept two to four was found at less level while the fifth precept was also found at a high level.

According to the study of problems and solutions to the problem of applying the five precepts to use in daily life, it is found thatthere are some precepts like the first precept - people still could not have more options to refrain from harming living things. Most of them have to kill animals for their livelihood. It is excepted ifa person who was strong enough in the belief of Karma then he or she could possiblymaintain well in the first precept. While the precept two to five, it is found that most people could apply to use in daily life excepting some people who lack the consciousness or intent to abuse the precepts or do not care about keeping the precepts. Finally, it could not be applied in everyday life as well.
