Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the condition of promoting morale in teachers' work in accordance with the principles of Buddhist administration. Buddhist Scripture School 2) to develop the model of promoting morale in the work of teachers according to the principles of Buddhist administration education. Buddhist Scripture School 3) to examine the model of promoting morale in the work of teachers according to the principles of Buddhist administration. Buddhist Scripture School Department of General Education, Research Methodology. The questionnaire was used to examine the morale promotion model. The population was 263 persons / person. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation And qualitative research. The interviews consisted of 10 interviews, 10 interviews, and 10 interviews.

The research results found that :

The promotion of morale in the work of teachers according to the principles of Buddhist administration. Buddhist Scripture School The study found that the annual personnel development plan and the promotion of morale among teachers and personnel were included in the plan. Applying Buddhist principles that promote morale creates a good relationship by living together. There is a policy of encouraging the environment and the atmosphere to promote morale and consistency by teaching the school teachers to follow the Buddhist principles. 7 Promote the morale of the teachers and school personnel and principles used by the administrators on a regular basis. 4. Without prejudice to consider the work of the teacher.

Develop the model of promoting morale in the work of teachers according to the principles of Buddhist administration. Examine the model of promoting morale in the work of teachers in accordance with the principles of Buddhist administration. Buddhist Scripture School Department of General Education The overall level is very high. Considering the individual to the least, it found that the feasibility, suitability, usefulness. And accuracy

The Buddhist Administration can be integrated into the promotion of morale in the work of teachers. Buddhist Scripture School Department of General Education Objective 4 is to help each other to make school happy and prosperous. Provide support, talk, talk, talk in the school, self-serving, organization and continuous practice to continuously promote the morale of the teacher.
