Abstract

Objectives of this research were 1. To study the general condition of the enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom province. 2. To study the relationship between the participation of members and the community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom province and 3. To study the problems obstacles and suggestions for community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom province.

Methodology was the mixed method: research the quantitative research using survey method, collected from 180 samples who were the community members of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran District, Nakhonpathom Province with questionnaires with the confidence value is 0.967 and analyzed data with Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficients. The qualitative research collected data from 12 key informants by in-depth-interview Data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis.

Findings of this research were as follows:

1. The general conditions of the enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom province, by overall, were at high level. (  = 3.65). Each aspect was also at high level as; 1). Member’s participation in decision making aspects was at high level (  = 3.77), the operation aspects was at = 3.72, receiving benefits aspect was at = 3.70, the evaluation aspect was at = 3.73, all aspects were at high level. 2. Community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district; networking management system aspect was at = 3.51, networking formation aspect was at = 3.53, networking utilization aspect was at = 3.51, maintaining networking aspect was at = 3.45) the middle level.

2. Members’ participation had relationship with the community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom Province, by overall, was at high level (R=.865) And each aspect: member’s participation, networking formation, networking management system, networking utilization and maintaining networking aspect had a positive relationship with community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, accepting  the hypothesis.

3. The problems obstacles and suggestions for community enterprises networking process of Raikhing sub-district, Samphran district, Nakhonpathom province were as follows: creation of a community enterprise group originally started from preserving the local culture and local wisdom to be remained for a long time. But at present, the community enterprises were operated on the commercial basis, creating conflicts, lacking driving mechanism for young generations to continue the enterprises. Members do not have knowledge and budget to support the enterprises. Locations of the enterprises belong to private parties causing many problems for operation. Besides, city planning has change the former agricultural areas into commercial areas creating pollution that had effects on the production of local goods without upgrading and decreased.

The approaches to re-inventing community enterprises networking process of Raikhing Sub-district, Samphran District, Nakhonpathom Province,  The Office of Raikhing Agriculture supported the enterprises with equipment and budget as needed, publicizes the benefits of the community enterprises,promoted the products, seeked for the budgets from other agencies concerned, supported new seeds, promoted educational tour, training and seminar, pulled in new industry to support the local products, negotiated memorandum of understanding, MOU with both govern and private organizations, initiated research and development for product extension, people cooperate with the government support to upgrade new products. Encourage students to come to learn the way of life so that they will love the locality that is the local products distribution areas.
