The objectives of this research paper were (1) to study Sangha administrators role on art and cultural conservation in Banpong district, Ratchaburi province (2) to compare the opinion of monks to Sangha administrators role on art and cultural conservation in Banpong district, Ratchaburi province, classified by personal data, and (3) to study the problem, obstacle and suggestion for development of Sangha administrators role on art and cultural conservation in Banpong district, Ratchaburi province. The research methodology was the mixed method research, that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 190 monks in Banpong district, Ratchaburi province. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD. and the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 12 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

             The findings of this research were as follow:

             1. Sangha administrators role on art and cultural conservation in Banpong district, Ratchaburi province, Overall, that in high at mean of 4.29, When considering the aspect found that in high level all aspect, the aspects that has the most value include the conservative of material culture at mean of 4.30, the aspects with the lowest mean include the conservative of non-material culture aspect at mean of 4.27.

             2. The comparison for opinion of the monks to Sangha administrators role on art and cultural conservation in Banpong district, Ratchaburi province, classified by personal data found that position had the significantly at 0.01, the hypothesis was accepted. And education had the significantly at 0.05, the hypothesis was accepted. But, those personal statuses were sex and years of being monk results not different.

             3. The suggestion for development of Sangha administrators role on art and cultural conservation in Banpong district, Ratchaburi province, as following; the conservative of material culture aspect: should promoted about education development for culture conservation to the Sangha administrator, should promoted the culture conservation tour and create cultural products for trade, communication in this issue to public and set the education program about culture studies in the school. And, the conservative of non-material culture aspect: should promote the conservative value, the systematic for development both values and norms, to set network in the province and across the country, and to set the center for take care culture.
