The main objectives of this research are i) To study efficiency of the working staffs of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province in accordance with Iddhipada Four, ii) To compare efficiency of the working staffs of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province in accordance with Iddhipada Four classified by personal characteristics, and iii) To study the guidelines and suggestion for performance of employees of Ampas Industry according with  Iddhipada Four for efficiency of the working staffs and the group of samples of these studies were employees of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province for 237 staffs from total amount 500 working staffs.  The tool used for data collection was the questionnaire to measure levels of performance of the activities of working staffs of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according with  Iddhipada Four as value of confidence 0.861.  Data were analyzed by program for social science research,  the statistics used for data analysis such as frequencies, percentage, average, standard deviation (S.D.) and compared the efficacy of the performance of working staffs of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according with Iddhipada Four.   The analysis was also done through t-test, one way analysis of variance. In case of finding the difference in average upward from 3 groups by Least Significant Difference : LSD.

The results of  study were  followed:

The study found that the operational efficiency of working staff according to Iddhipada Four : the case study of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province in overall were found in high level (X = 4.18) and it considered in each side found that the working staff of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province have efficiency in performance according with Iddhipada Four at high average (X = 4.27) in Citta: active thought, for lowest average (X = 4.09) in Viriya : exertion.

With this regard to compare of efficiency of the working staff in Case study : Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Iddhipada Four classify by sex, age education level, income, affiliated sections and work experiences found that personal factors did not affect performance activity of working staffs of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Iddhipada Four were not difference, thus rejecting the formulated hypotheses.  

Regarding to problems and obstacles effects of the performance of activity found that there were not enough income, unhygienic environments, uncovered welfare, inadequate documents technology, less car parking area  and parking payment, delays in documents,  insufficient customers” supervision  and inadequacy of working staffs.

           The guidelines of applying  Iddhipada Four for development of efficiency of the working staff of Ampas Industry Company Limited, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province  can be considered from four aspects by developing Chanda : will, Viriya : effort, Citta: thoughtfulness, and Vimamsa : investigation, to increase the efficiency of the better working staff.
