The purposes of this research are 1) to study an administration With Good Governance of Sub District Administrative Organization : a case Study of Lumpayon Sub District, Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to compare opinions towards. Administration With Good Governance of Sub District Administrative Organization : A Case Study of Lumpayon Sub District, Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personal factors and 3) to study the problems, barriers and suggestions to an administration With Good Governance of Sub District Administrative Organization : A Case Study of Lumpayon Sub District, Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province

This is a Quantitative Research based on Survey Research. using questionnaires which are of 0.96 reliability, was conducted in this study to analyze the collected data. As the tool for data collection, questionnaires were distributed to 245 officials working in Lumpayon Sub District, Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province.The analysis was also done through t-test for analysis the difference between the two groups and F-test by one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) for testing the difference between the averages from three or more groups.

The findings of this study are as follows:-

     Most of the samples or 51.30 percent are male, 37.40 percent, age between 31.40 years old 49.30 percent, finished M3 - M6 or Vacational Certificate is and 49.30, and 45.80 percent are farmer, It was found that totally, the level of study An Administration With Good Governance of Sub District Administrative Organization : A Case Study of Lumpayon Sub District were in high level. However,for considering all the six aspects of good governance are at the middle level of transparency.

     From The comparison of opinions towards the Administration With Good Governance of Sub District Administrative Organization : A Case Study of Lumpayon Sub District, Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province, it was found that people with different sex, age, education and marital occupation did not have different. 

              The suggestions to improve the administration of lumpayon sub District. Administrative Organization,Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan province are that the organization should give the administers and authorities of Lumpayon Administrative Organization, Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan, use the Good Governance for the administration in the organization, make subconsciousness to the authorities for the duty responsibility. The administrator should stipulate the master policy on the development clearly, give the opportunity to the authorities to participate in working together, other management, are clear to verify, developing the authorities could use the resource worthwhilely and high efficiency.
