The objectives of this thesis: (1) To study the behavior to apply the Five precepts to daily life of the Executives  and the members of  Sub-District Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province.  (2) To study the behavioral level, to applying the Five precepts the executives and the members of Sub-District Administrators’ lives in Taphanhin District, Phichit Province which has  office, sexes, positions, age, education, Monthly income, and was experiences in ordinations are different.  (3) To find out ways to solve the problems  and to implement the guidelines, to apply the Five precepts to everyday life led by the Executives and the members of Sub-District Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province.

                      This study is a quantitative. The population in this study consists of  the Executive  and the members of  Sub-District Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province of the number of  200 samples. The instrument used in this is a questionnaire about the general status of the respondents. The Queries are about the application of the Five precepts to daily life  led by the Executives and the members of  Sub-District Administration, Tapanhin District, Phichit Province.  The questionnairs about the problem. solutions is the way to support the application of the Five precepts to daily life of  the Executives and the members of  Sub-district Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province. The statistical analysis is carried out by using the percentage standard deviation, and comparing the differences between the variables with the t-test and with computer software packages.

                      From The research, it is found that

                      1. The general Status of the Administrators and the members of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Taphanhin District, Phichit Province.  Are mostly the male of 83.50 %  and are the members of Sub-District Administrative Organization of 85.00 %  and are in the position of  one period at 46.00 %, their ages are of 41 to 50 years at 48.00 %. Their education levels are at the final secondary school of 35.00 %. The family status are the married ones of 89.00 %.  Most of them have the monthly income lower than 10,000 Baht of 50.00 %. Most of them believed in Buddhism of  99.00 %. They used to be ordained as monks and nuns, novices, those observing the 8 precepts in Buddhism of  68.00 %.  Most of them were ordained for the period of 1-3 months of 34.50 %.  Most of them used not to learn about Buddhism of  80.00 %. Most of them used to study about reading / listening to the dharma tapes of 4.00 %. Most of them  used to study about Buddhism more than one  year of  2.00 %.

                      2. The Executives and the members of  Sub-District Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province applied the Five precepts overall to their lives at a high level.

                      3. The Executives and the members of  Sub-District Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province though they are of different sexes, positions, age and experiences in ordinations, they have not different levels of applying the Five precepts to their  lives with the different points in statistics the level of  0.05.  The Executives and the members of Sub-District  Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province  who are of the statistically different the SAO office, educational levels and different monthly income are of the different levels of observing the Five precepts.  

                      4. The way to support the application of the 5 precepts to the daily lives by the Administrators of Sub-District Administration, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province is the support the people to eat the vegetarian food more and more, and the members of the families must look after and support the family members beginning from the youths, also have consciousness in the  problems to arise and fight about the dressing in the type of ‘ Raknuan sagnuantua’ and about the poison arising from drinking the alcohol and Drugs is punishable.
