The average value of 3.69 when considered in the aspects found that the aspect of Teaching, Teaching Technique and Training the moral are in every aspect.

                   2. To compare the Roles of Buddhist Monks toward Promoting Moral at the Primary Schools in Bangphae District, Ratchaburi Province, classified by personal data and found that the students who have the different personal statuses such as sex, age and school activities. it is not statistically significant difference so the relevant hypothesis set forth could be rejected.

                   3. Problems and Obstacles found that students do not pay attention and cannot read and write Pali language because the monk teachers teach and write so fast. For teaching technique of monk teachers is not interesting enough and activities are not many enough for students. The students do not dare to express or show in the class. They do also not understand the contents because it is the abstract and meditation place is not quiet and good enough or ethical room is far and it is not convenient to come and teach for the monk teachers and the days to teach the children are also not enough including the students do not study continuously.

For Suggestions and Guidelines for Development such as 1) Teaching side should have the games activity in the Buddhism Study subject. The students should participate in front of the class, should teach them through internet, should choose the nearest monk teachers to come and teach for convenience. They should set up the ethical rooms for study Buddhism including religious rites. 2) Teaching Technique, monk teachers should read and write it in the black board and wait for students finished and then erase it.  They should allow the monk teachers to punish the students who are not paying attention for good education.  They also should increase the numbers of days to teach Buddhism and many activities to show the students’ skills to support the brave of students to show off and  3) Training moral and ethics side, should have the educational trip in many places and should go to practice meditation at the temple.
