ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the administration and the concept of establishing a charity school of Buddhist temples in Ratchaburi province, 2) to compare the administration of charity schools of Buddhist temples in Ratchaburi province divided by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems and development the administration of the charity school of Buddhism temples in Ratchaburi province.

The survey research is conducted by collecting the data and using questionnaires with the simple Random sampling include school administrators, teachers and staff of 229 people with the Purposive Sampling. The instruments for collecting data were a 5-rating scale questionnaire and the statistics used in data analysis the descriptive statistics including the Frequency, Percentages, Mean, Standard Deviation and Statistical Inference in comparison to the population the administration of charity school of Buddhist temples in Ratchaburi province, the analyzed by t-test, one way analysis of variance and the significant difference of the average from three or more groups with the least significant difference (LSD).

The findings of this research as followings :

              1. According to the opinion of the personnel of the administration of the charity school of Buddhist temples in Ratchaburi province found that overall high level with the mean of 3.97. When considering the separation has been found that the administration of the charity school of Buddhist temples in Ratchaburi province, in student management with the maximum of mean 4.01 and the administration and finance with the mean of 3.96 minimum.

    2. The opinion comparison of staff an administration of the charity schools of Buddhist temples in Ratchaburi province by personal factors that have a different salary, benefits highly statistically significant, therefore, accept the hypothesis, those factors related to gender, age, education, experience work in a position not dissimilar to reject the hypothesis.

    3. The problems and development the administration of the charity school of Buddhism temples in Ratchaburi province, for example 1) the most people want to get a teacher, because people are unhappy with any of the functions and benefits that are different from government schools, 2) the focus on activities that affect the quality of activities, 3) the lack of funding for the construction of school buildings to meet the students.

    4. The suggestions and guidelines the administration of the charity school of Buddhist temples in Ratchaburi province, 1) to should promote high quality personnel in all aspects to deliver a good job in the academic, staff, management of students, administration and finance, and building relationships with community schools, 2) the administration to activities, building and budgeting with quality, 3) the personals to should benefits in schools adequate and appropriate.
