Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

          The objectives of this research “The Temple Management of the Sangha Administrators in Banglen District, Nakhonpathom Province” are 1) to study the Temple Management of the Sangha Administrators in Banglen District, Nakhompathom Province, 2) to compare the Temple Management of the Sangha Administrators in Banglen District, Nakhonpathom Province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions relating to the Temple Management of the Sangha Administrators in Banglen District, Nakhonpathom Province. This study is qualitative research, collected the data from the sample that is the monk which, be under in the border governs amphur some track hierarchy, Nakhonpathom, 37 amounts are temple, 201 amounts are picture. Research instruments were questionnaires, analyzed the data with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), hypothesis tested with t – test for two – valued variables and F – test or One – Way ANOVA for more than 3 valued variables. In case of differentiation was found, it was compared by LSD.

 

 

The results of research are found that ;

          1. The overall opinions of monk is which, be under in the border governs amphur some track hierarchy, Nakhonpathom for administration manages a temple of priestly monk are found at the high level ( = 3.61).    

         2. The results of comparison of the Temple Management of the Sangha Administrators in Banlen District, Nakornpathom Province was hypothesis tested by analyzing different variables, it is found that age, years of monkhood and Pali qualification were varied in their opinions with statistical difference at .05 level of significance, conforming to the hypotheses expected, while educational qualification, and Dhamma qualification was not found difference as contrast to the hypothesis expected.

          3. Suggestions for the Temple Management of the Sangha Administrators in Banglen District, Nakhonpathom Province; the aspect of (1) administration side is found that legislate the regulations of monk and a lodger stay within a temple and the penalty provisions of a law when, make a mistake clearly, should take care novitiate monk beneath the administration fairly, should have doing activity accompanies with for  be born the unity, (2) religious education side is found  that be supposed to will alms to an instructor and religious student, student and the Pali, must explain important and the advantage of something the religious education side to give the monk know throughout

(3) social education side is found the priestly monk something should encourage the arrangement stands Buddhism school, be supposed to the fund for the education aids

(4)propagation of Buddhism side is found that should very have the training in the part of the revelation flat the dharma to the monk for, be in line with same format and should use mass modern media in the revelation flat the dharma (5)construction roles side is found that be supposed to establishing gives the monk within a temple is born the carefulness in the supervision and restore (6)social welfare side is found that should establish the funds for publiccing aids to upward especially and a temple and the community are supposed to the arrangement meet to accompany with and plan work systematically.
